By downloading and using Simple Location Saver, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Simple Location Saver is a mobile application that allows users to save, organize, and navigate to locations, create routes, and share places with other users.
You can create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.
Free Account: Limited to 20 saved locations and 10 routes.
Premium Account: Unlimited locations and routes, plus additional features such as photo attachments and advanced organization tools.
You retain ownership of content you create in the app. By sharing locations publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content to other users of the service.

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Billing and refunds are subject to Apple's terms and refund policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
We strive to keep the service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the service, including but not limited to location accuracy or navigation errors.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
